Submission Guidelines

Abstracts

  • The abstract of the intended paper must be accepted by the International Program Committee (IPC).
  • The abstract should not exceed 350 words.
  • The abstract should include author name/s and contact details.
  • The abstract must be in English.
  • The abstract should be in PDF/MS Word format only and submitted using our online submission form.

Abstracts must be received before 31 March 2016.
Guidelines for submitting an abstract can be found on the following link.

 

Papers

  • The paper must be accepted by the International Program Committee (IPC).
  • The paper should be in English.
  • The paper should be limited to a maximum length of 6 pages (using format stated in paper guidelines) .
  • The paper should be submitted in PDF/MS Word format with a max file size of 10 MB using our online submission form.
  • All authors must register for FLOMEKO 2016.

Papers must be received before 15 August 2016
Guidelines for submitting a paper can be found on the following link.
Delegates are limited to no more than 2 papers each.

 

Posters

  • The poster must be accepted by the International Program Committee.
  • The poster should be in English.
  • An abstract (see above) should be submitted.
  • Poster should be printed and supplied with framework by participant.
  • Poster size should be a maximum of A0 (841 x 1189 mm).
  • All authors must register for FLOMEKO 2016.

Posters (PDF small version) must be received before 15 August 2016.
Delegates are limited to no more than 2 posters each.
