One of the challenges for metrologists and calibration laboratories in these times of ongoing COVID travel and work restrictions is accessing high quality training to support development or upskilling of staff.  NMI Australia has adapted many of its courses to operate online via Webex video conference.  NMI has asked the MSA to inform its members of the following upcoming courses:

The MSA Executive Committee invite members to attend the Annual General Meeting taking place virtually at 4pm (Sydney time) 6pm (NZ time) on Monday 11th October, 2021.

The AGM will hear the financial report for the year ended 30 June 2021, the Presidents report outlining current initiatives and elect committee officers.

As part of the MSA's Education Initiative, an undergraduate University Unit is to be created from scratch and offered to universities and institutes of technology in Australasia.  
If you are interested and have the time, knowledge and skills to write the course material for this unit, please check out the job description on the MSA website.
