News

Stay up to date with news from our community.  In our March newsletter we highlight the member survey that is contributing to our longer term planning. We also highlight the opportunity to work with Standards Australia on the technical committee for General Requirements for Reference Materials. The professional Metrologist programme is very close to launch and of course some more details about the next MSA Conference being hosted in New Zealand 19-22 September 2022.

It's important our members have a voice, so to aid future planning we are asking members to complete our survey.  Feedback from this will guide committee planning and decision making into the next few years.  We also congratulate the members of the Executive committee following the AGM last month and wish you all a very safe, happy and healthy festive season.  Read our December newsletter to find more information about the survey, the executive committee members and to read our Christmas message.

The MSA Executive committee invite members to attend the AGM being held virtually on Monday 23rd November 4pm (Sydney time) or 6pm (NZ time). The agenda, online proxy form, virtual meeting link and access code can be found on the Discussion Forum News and Events.

As we close in on the end of 2020 we acknowledge it has been a very tough year for many of our members.  We appreciate many of you have been deemed essential services and have continued to work hard to deliver under difficult circumstances.  The MSA committee thank you all for your resilience, perseverance and commitment to keep metrology services available to our economies.

The latest e-newsletter has just landed and includes the first announcement of the AGM date. Monday 23rd November 4pm Sydney time or 6pm NZ time. We welcome all members to join virtually at this link - https://vmeet.express/login (passcode to follow closer to the date).  We also announce the date and location for MSA2022 - Wellington, NZ from 19th to 22nd September 2022.
